Terms of Service
Effective date: April 1, 2026
Last updated: April 16, 2026
1. General provisions
These Terms of Service define the rules for using the SkyDive LOG PRO platform available at https://skydivelog.pro and in the mobile application. The owner and operator of the Platform is HUBICHEM Hubert Wodnicki, NIP: 8571849862, Jasiel 9, 72-300 Gryfice, Poland. Contact: hubinet@proton.me. By using the Platform, you accept these Terms of Service.
2. Definitions
Platform — the SkyDive LOG PRO web application and mobile application for Android. User — a natural person who has created an account on the Platform. Account — an individual User account secured with login credentials. Subscription — a paid access plan for extended Platform features. Zone (Drop Zone / DZ) — a skydiving organization registered on the Platform. User Content — data, files, and information entered by the User into the Platform.
3. Registration and account
Registration is free and available via: Google account (OAuth 2.0), Magic Link (email), or email address with password. The User agrees to provide accurate personal data. The User is responsible for the security of their login credentials. Each User may have only one account. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of a violation of these Terms.
4. Scope of services
The Platform offers: a digital skydiving logbook; skydiving equipment management with service alerts; GPS analysis and 3D visualization of jump trajectories; AFF training module with digital signatures; drop zone management panel (manifest, fleet, finances); online tandem booking system; wind tunnel logbook; social features (friends, groups, messenger). The Platform is available in 10 languages.
5. Plans and payments
The Platform offers free and paid plans. The FREE plan is unlimited in duration and does not require payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. — a certified payment processor (PCI DSS Level 1). Credit card data is not stored on the Platform's servers. Subscriptions are renewed automatically. Cancelling a subscription does not result in a refund for the current billing period. After a subscription expires, the account reverts to the FREE plan — data remains accessible in read-only mode.
6. Intellectual property rights
The SkyDive LOG PRO Platform, including its source code, graphical interface, logo, icons, documentation, and algorithms, is the intellectual property of the Service Provider. The following is prohibited: copying, reproducing, or distributing the source code; decompiling, reverse engineering, or disassembling the software; creating derivative works; removing copyright notices; using the Platform to build a competing product. Violation of intellectual property rights may result in civil and criminal liability. The User retains full ownership rights to their content.
7. Digital signatures and data integrity
The Platform uses cryptographic digital signatures (SHA-256) in the following modules: logbook, AFF training, instructor assessment. Signed entries are immutable — any modification invalidates the digital signature. Digital signatures comply with USPA SIM 3-1 C requirements for digital jump documentation. The Platform maintains a complete audit trail recording: who signed, what was signed, and when.
8. Liability
The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted operation of the Platform, but does not guarantee 100% availability. The Service Provider is not liable for: interruptions due to circumstances beyond control (force majeure); damages resulting from improper use; decisions made based on Platform data (e.g., jump safety); data loss caused by User actions. The Platform does not replace official skydiving documents. Total liability is limited to the amount of fees paid in the last 12 months.
9. Acceptable use
The following is prohibited: using the Platform for illegal purposes; entering false data into the logbook or AFF module; impersonating other users; attempting to gain unauthorized access to data; automated data extraction (scraping); placing disproportionate load on the Platform; reselling account access or subscriptions.
10. Termination
The User may delete their account at any time in the profile settings. Before deleting the account, the User may export their data (logbook PDF, profile data). After account deletion, data is removed within 30 days, except for: digital signatures placed on other persons' documents (audit trail integrity); data required for accounting purposes (invoices — 5 years). The Service Provider may terminate the agreement with immediate effect in case of a serious violation of these Terms.
11. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
A User who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the User has consented to the commencement of the service before the withdrawal period expires. The withdrawal statement should be sent to: hubinet@proton.me.
12. Complaints
Complaints regarding the operation of the Platform should be submitted to: hubinet@proton.me. A complaint should include: account email address, description of the issue, date of occurrence. The Service Provider processes complaints within 14 days of receipt.
13. Changes to the Terms
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified of changes 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Final provisions
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Service Provider's registered office, subject to consumer rights. If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force. These Terms take effect on April 1, 2026.
