Skydive Viña del Mar runs on SkyDiveLog PRO

The challenge

Skydive Viña del Mar is one of Chile's coastal dropzones, known for beach landings and a strong local following. Like many dropzones, it ran tandem reservations through a generic booking tool that wasn't built for skydiving — disconnected from the manifest, the operations team and the dropzone's own website.

The solution

The dropzone moved onto SkyDiveLog PRO and now runs the customer-facing and operational sides in one place:

• Online tandem booking page hosted on SkyDiveLog, in Spanish and themed to the dropzone's own brand.
• Live availability embedded directly on the dropzone's website via SkyDiveLog's public API.
• Real-time manifest with load and boarding organization for the operations team.
• Staff access with role-based modules for the ground crew.
• Bookings, payments and dropzone finances handled in one platform instead of separate tools.

The result

• Replaced a generic third-party booking tool with a skydiving-specific platform.
• Customers book tandems online and see live availability without phone back-and-forth.
• Operations, bookings and finance live in one place — no juggling disconnected systems.
• The public site shows live loads and availability, pulled straight from the manifest.
